Shipping policy

We pack every order by hand, so please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships.

Delivery takes a further 3–5 business days once it's on its way — so from the moment you order, you're looking at around 5–8 business days to your door. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Weekends & public holidays are not counted as business days. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over [amount].
